1/2 bagveg. ground beef
1 tbssoy sauce

Put all ingredients into bowl, then squeeze and mix well.

Use foil on oven toaster tray or oven pan, spray a little oil on foil, shape mixture into 1/2" thick patties. Place on foil. Bake 350 degrees for 30 min.
