Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsSemi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  2. 1/2 cupSalted Butter
  3. 2 tspVanilla Extract
  4. 1.5 cupsMilk
  5. 1.5 cupsAll Purpose Flour
  6. 1.5 tspBaking Soda
  7. 4Eggs
  8. 1 packageCheesecake Flavored Instant Pudding Mix
  9. 1 containerYour favorite frosting (the green in the pic is just colored butter cream for St. Patty's Day)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

    Melt chocolate chips and butter together

  3. 3

    Mix in vanilla, milk, flour, and baking soda

  4. 4

    Add eggs and whip

  5. 5

    Stir in pudding mix

  6. 6

    Pour batter into 24 cupcake liners (about 1/2 to 3/4 full)

    Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cupcakes are done when a toothpick comes out clean.

    Allow cupcakes to cool completely and then frost as desired
