Cut the fish fillets into small cubes

Marinate using tumeric, ginger, garlic, black pepper, one lemon juice and a little salt for 20-30 mins

Mix the gram flour with a little water like 1 cup.

Add chopped coriander leaves to the batter

Heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan.

Add the marinade in the batter

Deep fry them till cooked on both sides

Serve with kachumbari
