Ingredients

45 mins
  1. 1/4 kgfish fillet (any type of fish)
  2. 1/2 tsptumeric powder
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 1 tspBlack pepper
  5. 2 clovesgrated garlic
  6. 1grated ginger
  7. 2lemons
  8. Cooking oil for deep frying
  9. 1 bunchchopped corriander leaves
  10. 1 cupgram flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the fish fillets into small cubes

  2. 2

    Marinate using tumeric, ginger, garlic, black pepper, one lemon juice and a little salt for 20-30 mins

  3. 3

    Mix the gram flour with a little water like 1 cup.

  4. 4

    Add chopped coriander leaves to the batter

  5. 5

    Heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan.

  6. 6

    Add the marinade in the batter

    Deep fry them till cooked on both sides
