Heat oil in a pan. Now Fry chopped onion. Add ginger garlic paste and all masalas. Saute it nicely.

Now add mixed potato-poha mixture, lemon juice, chopped green chilli & green coriander and mix well.

Mash boiled potato in a bowl. Add mashed poha, salt, and lemon juice. Mix them well

Cut boiled eggs from middle.

Take dough of potato. Keep 1/2 egg in middle and seal dough. Give them boll shape.

Now take maida, corn flour, red chilli powder, salt, black chilli powder. Add water & prepare a slurry.

Dip ball into slurry of of maida & arrarot and coat with breadcrumbs

Now heat oil in a pan on low medium flame and fry all balls till it comes golden

Egg chop is ready to serve with green coriander Chutney.
