Ingredients

  • 1 cupmayonnaise (I used my homemade mayo but the store bought mayo is also perfect)
  • 50 gchopped gherkins
  • 2tspn parsley
  • Squeezefresh lemon juice
  • to tasteSalt and black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl pour your mayo

    Add chopped gherkins and parsley, salt and pepper and squeeze of lemon juice

    Mix everything together and it’s ready. Put it in the fridge for about 2 hours or more so the flavors can come together.

    As a variation you can add capers, grated carrot and even a boiled egg.
