1whole cut chicken
3chopped Sweet pepper
3chopped hot pepper
1chopped onion
1 tspcombination of ginger, black pepper, garlic,cloves
Water
4 pcsMaggi cubes and salt to taste

Add all the ingredients except water

Cover and allow it to evaporate its water
3

Allow the chicken to be tender
4

Add 1 litre water.

Put your washed chicken on pot
6

Cover and allow to còok well
7

Serve as appetizer
