Steps

For the beans. Rinse beans, put on fire with hot water, allow to boil bring down and drain put fresh water, add potash and salt cook till soft.

For rice, wash and put on fire, allow to parboil then bring down and rinse put back on fire add salt and cook till soft.

For stew grind pepper. Tomatoes, tatache and onions cook till dry. Parboil meat and season, fry tomato paste in oil till dry add stock and seasoning to taste.

Parboil egg and chop alongside tomatoes in desired shapes.

Plate, garnish and serve.
