Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmung dal boiled
  2. 1 tspcumin seed
  3. 2red chilli whole
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspginger paste
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

  2. 2

    Add ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Pour the daal and mix well adding sugar, serve with rice and fried vegetables.
