Filling meal, can also be taken for breakfast
Steps

Put the oil in a pan then add in the onions, stir for a minute till golden brown but not burnt.

Add in the chopped tomatoes and cover, put on low heat to let them soften.

After a minute the tomatoes will be softened stir then add salt to taste.

Add the maize then mix so that they will incorporate with the tomatoes.

Mix for a few minutes.

Add the green peas and mix, then add 1 tablespoon of royco which has been mixed with 1 cup of water to the pan. Stir then simmer for at least 2 minutes.

Serve alone or with a cup of tea. You can also add some vegetables or avocado.
