Steps

Put the milk to simmer, with added sugar.

Heat a pan and roast the suji with ghee.

For dry fruit powder, use 1/2 part pistachios, 1/4 th part cashews and 1/4th of almonds. Slightly roast dry fruits and then crush them in semi powder form.

Add the suji into simmering milk. And keep it on slow flame for 3-5min.

Now add cardamom powder and cinnamon. Slightly crush the fennel seeds and add into milk. And now add dry fruit powder and again simmer for 2min.

Now serve hot or cold. Depends on your choice.
