Combine salt oil flour well add water knead into medium dough set aside for 30 minutes

Heat 1 tbsp oil add ginger garlic green chilli paste sautey few seconds add cumin coriander powder turmeric hing salt garam masala powder fennel powder sautey few seconds

Add crushed peas mix well cook covered till peas are cooked around 10 to 12 minutes mix in between

Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice once they look done mix well increase heat and evaporate moisture if any dry out...then remove set aside

Make small portions of the dough lemon sized also make small balls if the filling smaller than the dough ball

Roll the dough ball or flatten between palms keep the filling in centre press down pull up the dough seal it on top such that the kachoris should not open in oil

Now roll the stuffed kachori gently into 3 inch diameter then fry on low to medium heat on less than medium hot oil

The kachoris sgould puff up slowly and come up...keep flame low throughout the process fry till brown flipping sides

Remove and drain in paper towel serve with tomato ketchup spicy chutney or sweet chutney can be served as a teatime snack or chaat recipe
