Boil daal and keep aside, heat oil in a kadai add jeera,Hing, red chill, Curry leaves,add onions saute for few minutes

Add Ginger paste, tomatoes cook till tender

Add all dry masalas then add daal cook for few minutes

Add kasuri methi and cook again for 2 to 3 min

Garnish with coriander leaves,serve hot
