Ingredients

500 g mutton
10 tbsp chopped onion
5 tbspchopped garlic
6 tbsp ginger paste
5 tbsp chopped tomatoes
10 tbsp mustard oil
to tasteSalt & sugar
1-2bay leaf
4 tbsp chopped coriander leave
1 tea spoonpanch foron/ five spices
3 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbspturmeric powder
3 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbspred mirchi/ chilli powder

Steps

Marinate the mutton with all this ingredients & rest for 30 min

Heat oil in the pan add panch foron, bay leaf & marinated mutton
3

Add salt turmeric,red chilli,cumin and coriander powder, saute well
4

Cook in 30 minutes, wait 10 min & ready
