Take hot water in the pan as half boiled add rice. In another pan heat ghee

Now add all vegetables & dry fruit and fry

Then add bay leaf cardamom,cinnamon,clove, raisin,cashew in ghee, after that add all vegetables & dry fruit and mix

Then add the half boiled rice mixed this along with sugar & salt

Ready to serve.
