Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 1 big Papad
  • 1 mediumonion finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato Finely chopped
  • 1-2green chilles very Finely chopped
  • 1 tsproasted peanuts
  • as neededaaloo bhujiya
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspgreen coriander (optional)
  • as neededPaneer

Steps

    Roast papad on tawa, put it in a plate sprinkle finely chopped onions, Tomatoes, add aaloo bhujiya & roasted Peanuts, green chillies,grated paneer on all this now sprinkle chat masala on all this, squeeze 1/4 lemon add green coriander and serve.
