Ingredients

  • 500 g mutton
  • 10 tbsp chopped onion
  • 5 tbspchopped garlic
  • 6 tbsp ginger paste
  • 5 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  • 10 tbsp mustard oil
  • to tasteSalt & sugar
  • 1-2bay leaf
  • 4 tbsp chopped coriander leave
  • 1 tea spoonpanch foron/ five spices
  • 3 tbsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbspturmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbspred mirchi/ chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the mutton with all this ingredients & rest for 30 min

  2. 2

    Heat oil in the pan add panch foron, bay leaf & marinated mutton

  3. 3

    Add salt turmeric,red chilli,cumin and coriander powder, saute well

  4. 4

    Cook in 30 minutes, wait 10 min & ready
