Party special starter – baby corn cigars with garlic mayonnaise dip!

In a bowl, add oil, chilli powder, salt, pizza seasoning, garlic paste, and vinegar and mix well.

Vertically cut the baby corns into two pieces and add them into the bowl with the mixture, mix and keep them for half an hour.

In another bowl, take all purpose flour, oil, baking powder, water, mixed herbs, and chilli flakes and prepare a paratha like dough and keep it aside for 5 minutes

Make small puri sized rotis of the dough, take each individually cut pieces of marinated baby corn and wrap it into the roti, give theme a shape like cigar (cylindrical) and seal properly.

Fry the readied baby corn cigars on medium flame till they are golden brown

In a small glass, (shot glasses would work too), add the garlic mayonnaise, finely chopped bell peppers, salt, and seasoning. Partially dip the fried baby corn cigars and serve.
