500 gramsmutton
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspturmeric powder
to tastesalt
1bay leaf
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tbspginger garlic paste
1 tspgaram masala
as needed oil
1big sized onion sliced

Steps

Wash meat then take a cooker,heat oil add all the masalas mentioned alog with mutton
2

Pressure cook until meat gets tender.

Open the lid and keep stirring the masalas until it leaves the oil.

Serve hot.
