Boil methi for two to three mins.

Now strain it.

Now lets cook sprouts.

Take a pressure cooker and heat it.

Now add 1 tspn oil in it.

Now add hing and jeera.

Then add chopped onion and saute it for 2 mins.

After sauting the onion, add chopped tomato in it.

After that add all the dry spice ingredients and sprouts.

Mix it and add little bit water to it.

Now cover it with the lid and pressure cook it for 2 whistles.

After that, take out the sprouts in the mixing bowl.

Add boiled methi and lemon juice to it.

Mix it properly so that they are combined to each other.

If needed then add bread crumbs to it.

Now make ball of sprout methi mixture.

Now flatten the ball with the palm.

Like wise make all the kebabs of it.

Now heat the flat pan and brush it with oil.

Place one by one all the kebabs on the flat pan.

After three to four mins flip it.

Flame should be medium or low.

Now when gets light brown and crisp, then transfer the kebabs to the plate.

Enjoy these hot kebabs with sliced onion coated in green chutney.
