Ingredients

1/2large orange (finely chopped with peel)
1 1/2 lbscranberries
1 1/2 cupssugar
2 tbsplemon juice
1/2 cupapricot preserves
80z can of crushed pineapple (drained)

Steps

Cook cranberries and sugar over medium heat until cranberries pop and combine with sugar to make a "syrup"

In a bowl mix cranberries and apricot preserves until melted together

Mix in the rest of the ingredients, cover and refrigerate til chilled well
