  • 200 gdeboned chicken
  • 1 piecebroccoli
  • 3carrots
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the chicken into pieces and marinate

  2. 2

    Brown the marinated chicken for 5-10 mins

  3. 3

    Put the chicken aside and sweat some onion and garlic using cooking oil

  4. 4

    Add the sliced carrots and blanched broccoli and the chicken
