Ingredients

  1. 100 gmMaida
  2. 3Sliced potato
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 cupwater
  6. Pinchred colour
  7. 2 tspcornflour
  8. As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and mix maida and cornflour and add spices to it and add water to it and make a merinate

  2. 2

    Then coat sliced potato in merinate

  3. 3

    Then heat the oil and fry the potato till golden

  4. 4

    Add serve it with tomato sauce
