Fried yam coated in curryed flour

Peel, wash & slice yam

Mix the batter by adding all the ingredients mentioned above except yam and oil. Mix property to dissolve lumps.

Dip the yams in the batter and drop into a hot oil. Allow to cook for 2minutes then reduce heat and flip to the other side. Allow to cook for additional 2minutes then remove from oil.

Serve hot with tea or a soft drink
