Blend together the onion, parsley, yoghurt, chillies, garlic, bread and salt and pepper

Mix into minced meat. Leave to marinate for at least 4 hours.

Line a loaf tin with a baking sheet. Make a base of the minced meat and put it on the walls of the tin.

Add provolone cheese on the base. Then mushrooms, whole hard boiled eggs and then provolone cheese again. Make sure to fill up the gaps with minced meat and cover the tin with the meat again

Bake at 180 C for 60 minutes in a preheated oven
