Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmaida
  • 1/4 cupcurd
  • As neededOil for frying
  • 1 cupwater and sugar
  • Pinchorange food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Put maida and dahi in a mixing bowl add water and smooth batter

  2. 2

    Add sugar and wate in a pan and food colour in sugar syrup

  3. 3

    Put oil in a heavy bottom pan and heat it fry it all shapes of jalebis

  4. 4

    Put the jalebis in a sugar syrup
