Steps

Soak 2 cups of white rice for about 3-4 hours

Cook ½ cup of white rice and mix it with the soaked rice, blend it n make a smooth paste

Add 1 teaspoon of yeast in to half cup of warm water n dilute it, then add it in to the rice paste n allow it to rise.

Chop onions & pepper n add it to the rice paste, add sugar n start frying with little oil
