This is a favourite coastal dish. It is liked by all. We enjoy eating it with Chapati, Mahamri or Wali wa Nazi. You will lick your fingers. My festive season countdown begins.

Clean and wash the beans. Soak overnight or 8 hours.

Boil in plenty of water till the beans are soft and water is dried. Add the SEM and all the remaining ingredients except FEM.

Cook until almost dry. Add FEM. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and serve hot with Mahamri, Chapati or Coconut Rice. I served mine with Chapati.
