Cooking Instructions

Heat up water in a large pot and once its hot and boiling add rice and parboil till its almost tender and make sure to put enough water to cover the base of the rice

Heat up frying pan and add veg oil, once its hot, add onions and stir after a minute or 2 add pepper, stir in curry powder, knorr cube, shrimps, diced sausages and salt

Add the carrots, green peas and green bell pepper and sweet corn; mix everything together and set aside
- 4
In a separate pot, pour in a quarter of the rice and a quarter of the veggies mix and mix them together, do this continuously till you complete the process
- 5
Stir everything together and allow the fried rice to heat up then turn off the heat and serve with peppered snail
