Cook the lentils with the potato and carrots in a pressure cooker or regular pot on the stove.

After cooking, blend all the ingredients in a food processor, then return the mixture to the pot over medium heat.

Add all the spices and the bouillon cube. Let it cook until fully done and thickened.

Chop an onion and sauté it with olive oil until lightly browned. Add it to the soup.

Serve with fried bread pieces or a squeeze of lemon juice.
