First, crush the cookies in a food processor. Add the butter and mix. Place the cookie mixture at the bottom of a cheesecake pan or any baking dish or Pyrex.

Whip the cream and milk in a blender. Then add the cream and cheese.

Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and add it to the mixture. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour.

After half an hour, spread the cream over the cookies. Then add a layer of blueberry jam or any available jam.

Refrigerate for 3 hours.
