Aubergine dip (Melitzanosalata) Aubergine dip (Melitzanosalata)
I have mentioned before that I do love Eggplants I made this dip that I think you might enjoy. The Greek cuisine has many different types of Appetizers besides Tzatziki which is the top contender of the bunch. Just a small fact about the Eggplant which is considered a berry, just like the watermelon, tomato, and the blueberry, and yet it is considered a vegetable in the Culinary world, what an interesting fact. This is such a scrumptious recipe for the summer and so easy to make. It is a great dip to add too your menu if your having a summer party.Oh!! I will be posting another Appetizer that involves Shrimps very soon; :) Foodzesty -

Reduced Calorie 5 Minute Homemade Soy Milk Mayonnaise Reduced Calorie 5 Minute Homemade Soy Milk Mayonnaise
Storebought mayonnaise is made with eggs full of antibiotics, preservatives, genetically modified oil, mysterious extracts and all kinds of puzzling ingredients. If you make your own mayonnaise, the only things you'll be eating are soy milk, oil, vinegar and salt. You won't need to eat a lot of things you never intended to.Tips for mixing this by hand instead of in a blender or food processor. Drizzle the oil in little by little, while you beat the mixture up from the center of your bowl in a circular motion. This mayonnaise keeps for 2 weeks, but if you always want to have it fresh, I think this amount is just about right. Stupid Simple Marinated Chickpeas Stupid Simple Marinated Chickpeas
It’s WAY too hot to cook - and I’m hungry. This is something I came up with years ago - no cooking and not complicated, just assembly. It’s a great go-to for lunch, or you can scale it up easily for a side dish at a picnic or barbecue. You can make this a day or two in advance - and it can sit at room temperature for a couple of hours. Use your favorite firm legumes and add other veggies as you like - it’s your party, darlin’!This serves me - scale it up/down for you and yours.Sorry for the messy bowl - I didn’t feel like plating and garnishing. i am eating -
Basic Hummus Basic Hummus
This hummus is very easy to make and uses basic kitchen ingredients. We've tried it with black beans too when out if chickpeas and it with amazing (even though the colour was strange!). It’s very thick and creamy. Ours is very thick but if you want is thinner, splash in a little cold water to your food processor. Because one of us has turned 9 we made this hummus to eat with party food 🎉. We hope you will enjoy it!#january2026 The Health Sisters -

Ginger Milk Coffee/Kopi Susu Jahe Ginger Milk Coffee/Kopi Susu Jahe
It's another famous traditional drink from my hometown. We used to drink these drinks in the street food. Very good to drink this when it's rainy season. Make your throat warm, and especially when you have your flu or cold. If usually, our people are making it with condensed milk, but I prefer to use fresh milk, which gives me a more original milk taste. Happy trying, I hope you will like it!😉Recipe by @Simple_Woman23#ginger #milk #coffee #gingermilkcoffee #kopi #susu #jahe #delicious #drinks for #winter #12plates #cookpad #cookpadcommunity #cookpadcommunity_USA #cookpadcommunity_Indonesia ZahraS_23 -
