  1. 1 1/4 cupsflour (1/4 cup whole wheat flour)
  2. 1/3 cupwhite sugar (1 TBSP Truvia)
  3. 1/3 cupinstant cream of wheat
  4. 1 tspbaking soda
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/4 cupvegetable oil (2 TBSP natural applesauce)
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1egg
  9. 1 1/4 cupsmilk
  10. 1 tspvanilla extract (removed)
  11. 1/2 cupsour cream (1/2 cup vanilla flavored greek yogurt)

    Sift together flour (whole wheat flour), cream of wheat, sugar (Truvia), baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Whisk together milk, sour cream (yogurt), vegetable oil (applesauce), egg and vanilla (removed) in a separate bowl.

  3. 3

    Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and stir in the wet ingredients. Do not overmix the batter.

  4. 4

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula and cook until browned on the other side.
