Tomatoes pepper onion (blended)
Pkomo and smokedfish(washed)
Palm oil
Maggi salt
Rice(1cup)

Steps

Bleach rhe palm oil for just a minute

Add pkomo and fish cook more for like 20minutes or more

Pour the blended tomatoes peper and onions and maggi and salt to your taste
4

Wash and boil the rice till sofe and serve with the stew
