Initially prepare the white rice (sadam) in a pressure cooker by adding for 1 cup rice 2 cups water.

In a pan add oil and fry the items, mustard, perungayam powder, urad dal, red chilies. In a mixer grinder add these and make it as a coarse powder.

Then again in mixer grinder add coriander, green chilies, tamarind paste and make it into smooth paste. Add the coarse powder to this.

In a pan add rice, salt and ginjely oil and add the coriander mix and mix it properly.

Add the roasted ground nut to the rice. Thus coriander Rice or Pulav is ready to taste.
