Add salt, carrom seeds and knead with water(neither tight nor soft but medium firmness)

Cover and give it rest

Prepare your filling by adding all the masalas to sprouts(if they have water then stir fry them)

Roll the small balls from dough like chapati, put filling in centre, give a shape of potli and with the help of water seal it

Deep fry them and enjoy with chutney

Filling can be made with peas or potato also
