  1. 300 gmsmaida
  2. 1/2 bowlolives
  3. 1/2 bowljalapenos
  4. 1 bowlred bell pepper
  5. 1 bowlgreen bell pepper
  6. 1 bowlcorn
  7. 1big bowl tomato puree
  8. 1 bowltomatoes
  9. 1 bowlonions
  10. 1 bowlpaneer
  11. 1 bowlcarrot
  12. 1/4 bowlred chilli flakes
  13. 1/4 bowloregano flakes
  14. To tasteSalt
  15. 2 tbsp oil (moyan)
  16. As neededWater to prepare dough like paratha/kulcha
  17. To tasteSalt in tomato puree
  18. 2 tbsp red chilli powder to enhance the taste

Steps

    In big vessel take maida,add salt,moyan of oil,red chilli flakes,oregano flakes and gradually by adding water prepare dough for pizza base. Keep it aside for 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes till then prepare all vegetables required for toppings in different bowls.

    Now nicely roll the maida dough on directly platform. Keep the flat iron pan on gas for heating on medium flame for almost 3/4 minutes. Once the pizza base is rolled and pan is nicely hot gently place the base on the pan and let it bake directly on gas fire for min 10 minutes. Now gently flip the side and let that bake for 5/7 minutes on slow flame.

    Now once another side is almost half baked, Add tomato puree (tip-in which salt,red chilli powder is added for better taste).Now add all the vegetable toppings on it as shown in the main display picture. Once all veggies are added,add chilli flakes and Oregano on it. Now cover it with lid and let it cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
