  1. 1 bunch Spinach
  2. 1/4 cupGreen Coriander
  3. 3 tbspMint
  4. 3 tbspGreen Garlic
  5. 1 tbspOil
  6. 2 tbsp Butter
  7. 1 tbsp Cumin Seed
  8. 1-1/2 cupPotato(boiled)
  9. 1/2 cupGreen Onion(chopped)
  10. 1/2 cupCapsicum (chopped)
  11. 1/2 cupCauliflower (chopped)
  12. 1/2 cupGreen Peas(boiled)
  13. 1 cupGreen Tomato (chopped)
  14. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  15. 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  16. 3 tbspPav Bhaji Masala
  17. 1 cupWater
  18. Salt as per taste
  19. 1 tbspLemon Juice

  1. 1

    Blench the spinach, in boiling water.

    Dip in cool water immediately.

    Now add coriander, garlic mint, and spinach and make puree.

    Heat pan add oil, and butter.

    Now add cumin seed, and chopped onion and cook until golden brown.

    Now add capsicum, cauliflower, green peas. Mix well and cook 5-6 min.

    Add tomato. Mix well and cook for 6-7 min.

    Now add salt, turmeric, and ref chilli.

    Now add spinach puree.

    Add boiled potato. Mix well.

    Now add pav bhaji masala.

    Mash it, and add 1cup water.
