Blench the spinach, in boiling water.

Dip in cool water immediately.

Now add coriander, garlic mint, and spinach and make puree.

Heat pan add oil, and butter.

Now add cumin seed, and chopped onion and cook until golden brown.

Now add capsicum, cauliflower, green peas. Mix well and cook 5-6 min.

Add tomato. Mix well and cook for 6-7 min.

Now add salt, turmeric, and ref chilli.

Now add spinach puree.

Add boiled potato. Mix well.

Now add pav bhaji masala.

Mash it, and add 1cup water.

Now add lemon juice.

Hariyali Pav Bhaji is ready.
