First soak Chanafor 5-6hours and boil them till 3 whistle,adding 🥔 potatoes and one tea bag.

Take a pan add oil and dry spices,add ginger,add tomato puree and stir..Mashed potatoes and mix it in tomatoe puree till oil leaves the side of pan add all masala and salt,except Chanamasala.

Open the lid of Channa,take out teabag,add these in the pan with water and cook,mash little Chanaand cook till water is brunt little,lastly add Chanamasala and off the flame.

For puri-- Mix all ingredients,add water make dough,cover it with wet cloth for 15minutes.Take small lemon size balls.Make puri and fry in hot oil.
