Marinate the tofu cubes in some water and chicken powder for 15 minutes.

Rinse the water. Add in the flour. Coat the tofu until evenly coated.

Heat the oil. Fry the tofu until golden brown. Set aside.

Heat some oil. Fry the garlic until a bit golden brown then add in the chillies. Fry until golden brown.

Throw some of the oil away then add in the tofu. Stir until evenly coated with the spices.

Turn off the heat. Serve.
