Steps

Combine all purpose flour/maida, mashed banana and ghee in a bowl and mix it for a minutes or two.

Now add sugar and milk in it and prepare a lump free batter of it (If required you can add water too)and allow it to rest for 1-2 hours.

Now heat ghee in a frying pan, pour prepared batter in medium hot oil as per your size preference and deep fry them.

Now take them out of oil and put them on absorbent paper.
- 5
Your malpua is ready now. You can garnish it with dry fruits and serve it with chilled rabdi.
