  1. 1 cuptuar daal
  2. 1 tspcumin
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1 tspturmeric powdwr
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 1onion chopped
  8. 1 tbspcoriander and jeera powder
  9. 1potato chopped
  10. 1 tspMustard seed
  11. 8-10curry leaves
  12. 1 tbspsambhar masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker addd oil and mustard seeds

  2. 2

    Now place curry leaves,all veggies and spices

  3. 3

    Mix and add daal now with enough water

  4. 4

    Take 3 whistle on low flame

  5. 5

    Serve with idli,dosa
