Firstly wash and boil potatoes,thn boil moongdal to 3/4whistles,

Mashed potatoes,put Masala (little haldi, Red chilli powder and ggpaste green chillies nsalt)

Fr dough of samosa,in big bowl put Maida and baking soda and salt and 2/3 tspoon oil,thn make dough and cover it by thin muslin cloth fr 10 to 15 mins

In a chakla make each, Samosa shape and put all potatoes Masala and fry till it becomes light brown

Fr chutney,in a blender putt mint leaves, coriander leaves ggpaste green chillies, little cucumber jeera and little tamraind

Lastly serve with salad(beetroot tomato and onion)

And Make samosa makinidal chaat and it's mouthwatering snacks
