Cook all filling ingredients other than coriander leaves and dry powdered masala in butter.

When it is cooked add masala and now again cook it till it dries

Now add coriander leaves and let it cool.

Now mix one egg,salt, pepper and one cup maida with water and make smooth batter.

Now make crepe with this batter in a nonstick pan without oil.

Now repeat this with whole batter.

Now mix 2 spoon maida in water and make thick batter.

Now break one egg and beat it with salt.

Now fill prepared stuffing in crepe.

Now fold it and lock it with help of thick maida batter.

Now dip them one by one in egg and then fold in bread crumbs.

Now fry them in pan,in low flame till it turns out crispy and golden brown in colour from both sides.
