In a bowl add the milk,sugar and grated coconut and stir.add warm water bit by bit, starting with two tablespoons and mix till a non sticky mixture is achieved. Rub oil in ur hands and begin to shape into balls.

Once done deep fry in hot vegetable oil until it's lightly browned. Enjoy
