In a bowl mash the plantains until no lump is visible. Set aside.in your mixer beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one by one.now add all dry ingredients and mix for 30seconds.

Add the mashed plantain and mix.if it's too thick u can add milk until desired consistency is achieved.

Pour the raisins and stir. Pour in a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven.u will know it's ready when an inserted toothpick or skewer comes out clean. Enjoy
