Dice the carrots. Put them and the 1/2 the stock in a heavy bottomed pan and cook until soft.

Meanwhile, defrost the frozen veggies

When soft, add the pasta and the rest of the liquid

Then add the cheese and stir until it is evenly distributed and melted.

When the pasta is al dente, add the vegetables
- 6
Cook on a medium-high heat until most of the liquid has dissolved and the pasta is tender

Add some milk so it doesn't dry out. Add salt to taste

Serve immediately and enjoy
