Ingredients

  1. 1 kgpotatoes
  2. 1 tbspcumin
  3. 1 tbspturmeric
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop potatoes into cubes

  2. 2

    Add a little oil in non stick pan

  3. 3

    Add potatoes and start frying on medium high heat stirring constantly

  4. 4

    Once potatoes begin to soften, add salt cumin and turmeric

  5. 5

    Keep frying until potatoes are done and crispy
