1 Cupbeans
2bell peppers
3Scotch bonnets (attarugu)
2 spoonscray fish
3eggs
Seasoning cubes for taste
Oil you can use palm oil
Halfcup water for blending

Steps

Soak beans,and remove peel just like you would do for moi moi,using mortar and pistol or using blender

Wash your peppers and onion,add to the soaked and peeled beans

Add cray fish and blend with half cup water until desired consistency is achieved

Now add your seasoning

Mix your eggs,add in vegetables,I used Shallots add seasoning cube.

Pour the moi moi mixture into a plastic jar or any object to achieve desired shape

Pour the egg mixture on top and cover,

Place gently into boiling water,or if you wish,then bake (not in plastic then)

Leave to cook until you place a knife into it and comes out clean
