Steps

Take a mixture jar put milk curd condensed milk vanila essence custard powder into it and curn them in a mixture

Take a non stick pan put sugar and stir it continuously untill it melts and make caramel form it.

Now take cup cake mould put caramel first on each 6 mould and let it rest for 15 sec. Then put custard mixture over it and steam in idli or dhokla steamer in medium flame for about 15-20 min.

After it demould the caramel custard and put it in freeze for about 5-10min.
