Eggless Hot Milk Cake

Sieve maida with baking powder & baking soda & keep aside.

Grease a cake tin & dust it with maida & keep aside, preheat the oven to 180°c.

In a mixing bowl take butter & sugar beat it well for 5-8min, then add curd to it & again mix well.

Then add vanilla extract & give it a good mix, then add sieved maida mix & slowly add the warm milk & make a smooth batter.

Transfer the batter into the greased mould & bake it for 35-40min over 180°c on lower rack.

After 35min insert a toothpick & check if it comes out clean it's done, let the cake cool for atleast 2&3 hours before slicing.
